During this series you will learn the principles of asana sequencing, integration, and transitioning, and put it all into practice. Open to all levels, beginners welcome. mysoreReady to make a commitment to your yoga practice? Sara is accepting 5 NEW MYSORE STUDENTS for the month of September. With the purchase of a 3-month unlimited pass you will receive FREE MYSORE CLASSES during the month of September. That's 3 free classes per week during the month of September, then unlimited yoga for the remainder of 2014. Only 5 spaces are available, first come first serve. New mysore students only please (students of the shala currently attending other classes are welcome to participate).

Mysore class is for the absolute beginner and the experienced student alike. Everyone begins at the same place and progresses at their own pace. Strength and flexibility are not prerequisites for beginning an Ashtanga practice. Mysore classes meet 7 - 9:00 AM Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. New students can plan on about 45 min of practice during class time for the first month, hence it is not necessary to attend the entire 2 hr class.

BEGINNERS SERIES: Intro To Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini has been practiced in the U.S. since 1969 and is known as the yoga of awareness. In this 4-session series you will learn about and explore the different aspects of Kundalini yoga: kriyas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, sound vibration, meditations and deep relaxation. Cost is $75.

Happy Hour Yoga
Mondays at 12pm & Fridays at 6 pm
