Basics & Beyond


Our Basics & Beyond class offers yoga postures for building balance, flexibility and strength with a focus on mind centering and breathing techniques to develop body awareness and proper alignment. This class also focuses on affirmations, relaxation and meditation to bring inner awareness for physical and mental well-being.
Kundalini Yoga


This practice includes a Kriya (a set of postures, movements, & breath), Meditation, & Relaxation. Kundalini Yoga strengthens the immune & nervous system, helps build endurance, improves physical health, & promotes emotional balance. It works well to help you through challenges because it works quickly and powerfully.
Vinyasa


A flowing class designed to let students enjoy a personal practice that is just right for them. Instructors will show variations and modifications of poses enabling students to practice at their own pace and ability level.
Our Vinyasa class is perfect for students who are already familiar with yoga and are ready to for more of a challenge.
Yoga Dance


Connect with yourself and others in this fluid movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Dance and Mantras. There will be time for gently warming up the body as well as finishing with a deep relaxation. Yoga dance is a great way of bringing community together and celebrating life!
