Kids Yoga

We are passionate about providing a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for your child(ren) to grow and learn through the practice of yoga. Yoga's basic philosophy of "being aware" is a tool for children to learn about themselves and the world around them - encouraging imagination, thoughtfulness, and just plain fun!

Special Programs

Yoga In School *NEW*

Yoga practice - movement, breathing, focus and concentration - has been shown to have very positive effects on school-aged children.  Bring Two Rivers Yoga to your child's school - we are happy to teach to one class or an entire grade.  Call for availabilty.

Birthday Parties

For little ones through teens! We will customize to your family's needs to help you make your child's birthday extra special. Call the studio and we will help you plan!

Storytime Yoga (Ages 2 and up)

Look and listen as yoga comes alive through stories and children's imaginative play. Available upon request for play groups, home school groups, preschools, and daycares.

Yoga Pajama Party (Ages 6 and up)

Drop your kiddos off in their comfy PJ's for a fun evening of groovy night-time yoga! Check our website for upcoming dates.

Drop n' Shop (Ages 4 and up)

Around the holidays, let us engage your child with yoga inspired games, crafts, and activities while you run those last minute errands with ease.
